Frequently Asked Questions

  • Safety always comes first. If weather conditions are not suitable, we will offer you an alternative date. If the new date doesn’t suit you, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

  • We offer both private and semi-private cruises. Shared cruises require a minimum number of guests to operate, while private charters are exclusively for your group.

  • We recommend sunscreen, a hat, swimwear, a towel, sunglasses, and comfortable clothing. 

  • No. All cruises are led by a professional skipper. Guests can participate if they wish, but it is not required.

  • Our routes include Naxos, Paros, Koufonisia, and other nearby Cycladic islands. Exact itineraries may vary depending on weather conditions.

  • This depends on the cruise type. Private cruises are exclusively for your group, while shared cruises host a limited number of guests for a more intimate experience, usually up to 15 -18.

  • Yes. Shared cruises require a minimum of 4 guests. If this number is not reached, the cruise may be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance and an alternative date will be proposed.

    • Full refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours before departure

    • No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure

  • Port authorities require passenger details at least 24 hours before departure. For each guest, we need:

    • Full name

    • Birthdate

    • Nationality

    • Passport number

    • Home address

    Without this information, boarding will not be possible.

  • All payments are made fully online during the booking process. Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

  • There is no fixed minimum age. However, parents or guardians are fully responsible for minors on board.
