Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Sail Naxos website and services. By making a booking or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Company Information

Sail Naxos is a sailing agency operating in Naxos, Greece.

2. Services

We provide sailing experiences including day cruises, sunset cruises, multi-day trips, private and semi-private charters in the Cyclades (Naxos, Paros, Koufonisia, and surrounding islands). Routes and itineraries may be adjusted due to weather or safety conditions.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings require full payment made online at the time of booking

  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment

  • All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • For shared cruises, if the total group is less than 4 participants, Sail Naxos reserves the right to cancel the cruise at least 24 hours in advance and propose an alternative date

  • In the event that the guest is unable to attend the cruise, deposits are refunded according to the following policy:

    • Full refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time

    • No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time

  • In case of adverse weather conditions, Sail Naxos will offer an alternative date

  • If the proposed alternative date is not suitable for the guest, a full (100%) refund of the deposit will be issued

  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • To confirm participation, guests must provide mandatory passenger information required by port authorities at least 24 hours before the cruise

  • Required information for each passenger may include:

    • Full name

    • Birthdate

    • Nationality

    • Passport number

    • Home address

  • This information must be sent to info@sailnaxos.com

  • Failure to provide the required information may result in denial of boarding without refund

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the crew

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate

  • Sail Naxos is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Alcohol abuse or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund

6. Liability

Participation in sailing activities involves inherent risks. Sail Naxos shall not be liable for delays, itinerary changes, or incidents resulting from weather conditions or factors beyond our control, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, branding, and original images, is the property of Sail Naxos or used under appropriate license and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

9. Changes to These Terms

Sail Naxos reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the website.
